Hello
I'm Kelley Lewis. As a calm and warm officiant, I am dedicated to crafting meaningful and personalized ceremonies for your most significant moments—whether it’s a wedding, funeral, adoption, or any of life’s transitions. With a background in literature and philosophy, I bring a thoughtful, humanist perspective to each ceremony, creating unique and heartfelt experiences that honor your story and values. I believe in the power of words to shape our most important memories and will work closely with you to ensure your ceremony feels authentic and deeply personal.
My Story
With a background rooted in literature, philosophy, and community engagement, I love meeting new people and learning about their stories. My career has taken me from teaching university students to leading research and policy initiatives to working with Indigenous communities across Canada. I've spent years crafting clear, meaningful messages—whether writing speeches, guiding scripts, eulogies or tributes.
My passion for human connection and storytelling, honed through teaching and interviewing, informs every ceremony I officiate. Whether it’s a wedding, funeral, adoption, or other life transition, I bring a thoughtful and humanist perspective, working closely with you to create a unique and heartfelt experience that truly honors your story.
