We’ll start with a free 15-minute consultation, a chance to connect, talk about your vision, confirm your date, and see if we’re the right fit.
2. Save the Date
If you’d like to move forward, a small deposit secures your date in my calendar. Then we’ll schedule a longer, relaxed meeting (in person or online) where I’ll get to know you both — your story, values, and hopes for the ceremony. This is a fun, creative conversation where we dream big while digging into the practical details like timing, location, and who’s involved.
3. Shaping Your Ceremony
After our intake chat, I’ll put together a personalized ceremony proposal that outlines themes, rituals, readings, and the overall flow. You’ll also receive a clear cost estimate (ceremonies start at $350 and vary depending on your needs).
4. Refining the Details
From there, we’ll collaborate to shape every element — crafting the script, refining the tone, and ensuring every word feels authentic to you. I’m here to guide, edit, and support until it feels just right.
5. Stay Connected
Questions always come up — and that’s perfectly okay. You can reach out anytime by email or phone, and I’ll happily walk you through the details or calm any pre-event jitters.
